Our method is simple. You have goals for your health and wellbeing, and so do we. To reach this goal, we plan on taking a detailed history to get to know what's going on. After that, we will create a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you as an individual. If you have any questions about our methods or anything else, don't hesitate to give us a call or come in to chat!

Massage Therapy

Massage therapists assess the body’s soft tissue and joints. They perform therapy on these tissues in order to relieve pain and symptoms of stress, or to develop, maintain, rehabilitate, or increase physical function.

Manual Osteopathy

Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders using adjustments and gentle movements of the joints and organs to correct imbalances and relieve any obstructions blocking circulation of fluids. By restoring proper mechanics to the body, the MOT allows the normal flow of fluids and improves function, which helps reduce pain and improves wellbeing.

Dr. Joshua Sedens grew up in Sherwood Park. He had a keen interest in sports, playing as many team sports as he could. It was after a low-back injury in basketball that he was introduced to chiropractic care. After shadowing that chiropractor just one day, Josh knew this was the career for him.

Josh completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Psychology at the University of Alberta before moving to San Jose, California to achieve his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic.

After graduation, Josh moved back to Sherwood Park so he could give back to the community where he grew up by helping those who want to take control of their well-being and get their health back on track.
